Our team shares the passion for the excellence, dedicating time and attentions to every steps of the preparation: from the research and selection of the ingrediends to the final dish. Each detail, from the 'mise en place' to the presentation, is carefully taken care of because it has to be a treat for the eyes too. Chef Antonio Fiore is an innovator who loves tradition.
His cuisine is inspired by the dishes of the local tradition, enriched with flavours, spices and techniques from the middle east.

To create his starter dishes as well as homemade pasta and bread he only uses bio wheats and extra virgin olive oil.


His passion for the kitchen has its roots in his old memories, when on sunday morning he spent hours in the kitchen watching his grandmother and his mother cooking the traditional dishes, rich in flavours and fresh ingrediends.
